All vehicles rented through Margaris car rentals are fully covered with full comprehensive insurance with no waiver provided the client complies fully with the terms of the contract
All drivers & passengers of Margaris car rentals are full covered with personal insurance.
The car must not be driven on unsuitable road surface i.e. gravel and untarmaced surfaces.
The car must not be used by any third parties unless additional driver/drivers are named on contact.
The customer / customers are not insured if they use alcohol/drugs/narcotics or any other illegal.
The customer / customers must have held a full driving licence for at least one year.
All accidents must be reported immediately to ourselves and the local police if necessary.
The customer / customers must abide to all road signs and speed limits.
All vehicles returned late will be liable to additional charges.
A minimum 24hrs rental period is required.
Margaris car rentals reserves the right to upgrade any vehicles.
